Finally, Samsung has unveiled the successor to its famous 7-inch Galaxy Tab device which initially came with Android 2.2 FroYo. The new tablet is called the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and this one will come with the new Android 3.2 Honeycomb update.
The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus sports a 7-inch WSVGA LCD display (1024 x 600 pixels resolution), it is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and is skinned with Samsung's TouchWiz UI.
On the back, it has a 3-megapixel camera with LED flash and autofocus which is capable of recording 720p HD videos, while there is a secondary 2-megapixel front facing camera.
The device comes in two variants, a 16GB version and a 32GB version, the pricing for both is yet to be announced. The device will come to Indonesia and Austria by the end of October and will eventually follow in other countries.
